Information
Guided ★ Tours (Paid) — Available from January 5, 2026
Daishichi welcomes brewery visits. We offer paid guided tours.
Please make a reservation in advance by email in English or Japanese to info@daishichi.com.
In that mail, please mention the preferred date and time, the number and full names of the visitors and which course you select (see below). It is possible that the slot you prefer is already occupied, in which case we have to ask you to look for another time or date.
We are generally closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
(Some Saturdays and holidays are open—please check our schedule.)
During the brewing season, we cannot take visitors inside the fermentation brewery. Tastings and all other parts of the tour are still available.
For a comfortable visit and due to facility limits, tours are limited to groups of up to six people.
All members of a group must join the same tour course. Payment is accepted in cash and by credit card.
If you wish to visit the factory or fermentation areas, please provide the names of all participants.
